This is a promo single by Twista (formerly Tung Twista) from 1991. This single titles the song “Mr. Tung Twista” although on the album it is called “Mista Tung Twista”. The “Vocal” track seems to be the same as the version on his album, “Runnin’ Off At Da Mouth”. The single includes a 1 minute acappella of just the first verse of the song, an instrumental, and a rare B-Side called “Hokus Pokus”. I found this on eBay around 2002.
