This Maxi Single for Jermaine Dupri & Mariah Carey’s “Sweetheart” has 5 tracks including “The Story” and a “Lil Jon Remix”. The “The Story” version of the song is mostly a rap by Jermaine Dupri with a completely different instrumental and a re-sung hook by Mariah. The “Lil Jon Remix” is the original song with a different instrumental, which I think is pretty good. This is one of the first appearances of Lil Jon as this came out in 1998. I picked up this single at one of the major record stores in Singapore around 1998.
